It was an easy process to buy tickets online, and to show the tickets at the gate. The pyramids are always beautiful to visit
It was clean, totally different and more more from when I came about six years ago It would've been nice to have written more detail about what was included in the ticket. I didn't realise there was a hop off hop on Service to take you around the pyramids. The seventh around the pyramids was walking towards groups individuals. However, the staff that were very helpful.
Loved seeing the pyramids and sphinx up close. Skip the line saved some time but because of the heat we still opted to hire a horse cart to take us around. It was worth it. We also purchased the option of going inside the great pyramid. This was not worth it. It was just a long low tunnel to a small room. Waste of money.
As an improvement, an information point may be present at the direct entrance! As a tourist you come in, and know nothing. As a result, rogue carriage rides and horse ride vendors soon accost you, and make you pay too much for a ride. The sign saying ''tourists pay 500EGP per hour'' is only placed much further on. This should be at the direct entrance. The fact that the buses are free is also not clearly indicated anywhere. Whereby these rogue vendors will pack you in where you stand.... Please follow these tips, it will give many tourists a happy experience....
What I loved most about this experience was how our guide explained and made us.love your wonderful land.Everything was perfect and beautiful
Seeing the pyramids was a dream come true.
Ticket was issued on another name, not same which I've booked for
Useful to get a ticket before coming but the waiting time is way too long to receive the tickets after payment
Skip the lines and access the Giza Pyramids Complex, including the Sphinx and surrounding monuments.

It was very exciting to see the pyramids and go through the pyramids and walking up the tight stairs to see the king's tomb. Yeah, at the top of the pyramid. The air warm walking up the stairs, you have to be in pretty good shape. Should have hiking shoes or tennis shoes. Do not wear dress shoes whatsoever. The ground is uneven.
Wonderful Guide !!! Everything in time
The guide speaks French very well
Fabio, the Egyptian guide, very good
The tour is worthwhile. The Giza plateau and the pyramids are a must! The tour guide was very knowledgeable and very friendly. We got a lot of background knowledge about the history of Egypt and its culture. Thank you very much!
Hi, Thank you for coming to Maadi and picking us up even though there was no pick-up point. Our guide was very polite and helpful. Although the weather was very hot and the wait was a bit tiring, we completed it beautifully. Thank you again.
Such a wonderful tour. I've learnt lots from our tour guide Ahmed about the ancient history of each pyramid and each kings. I would recommend first time traveler to book a private tour in order to learn more about history and best experience from the local guide.
Great tour of the pyramids and the Sphinx, door to door. Guide knowledgeable and awesome. Visit of the inside of the great pyramids very interesting.
It is a nice place to visit. Unfortunately it is not a wheelchair friendly area, but thanks to our guide and driver we were still able to get a very good impression. The ids and driver were very friendly and helpful
Absolutely everything was wonderful. My French-speaking guide Reda was perfect, so kind and patient. Incredible. He really took the time to explain everything in detail. What's more, Reda's driver was also punctual and kind. I really recommend Reda as a guide for an incredible tour!
Our guide, Othman, was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, gave good instruction and tips, and was flexible in catering to our group's preferences. When we book other tours in Egypt, we will specifically request him.
Loved seeing the pyramids and the history and going on camel ride
Our tour guide, Mary, was absolutely awesome. She was so knowledgable and kept us organized and on track. I'm really glad that I chose to do this tour.
Guide was awesome. Much knowledge and informative
The guide, Reda Hafez, was really great. I can only recommend him
Thanks to our tour guide Ahmed Mohammed for the great experience and the amazing tour.
Everything was good. Guide Mostafa is excellent
Great guide with Reda, smiling and full of interesting information about the pyramids.

Delayed tickets from Heqdout despite countless reminders, venue opened 45 min late, official entry does not even have a sign, just a locked door in a wall.
I purchased bundle tickets to access Pyramids and also to enter inside of Khufu pyramid for 2 people. Tickets came in one document, tickets to access pyramids were Ok, but tickets to inside of Khufu pyramid was issued for different date (when I was purchasing tickets, not for the date which I ordered it for). How could I access Inside of Khufu pyramid different day than pyramids? Where is the logic?? We we're rejected to enter as ticket was invalid because issued for different date. I went to some office by the entrance, some guy wanted to help and sent photos of those tickets to some office and after like 15 minutes he said it was solved and we can go back and enter inside of Khufu pyramid. Unfortunately it was not working again. This ruined whole our experience as we paid quite a lot of money and were not able to see what we came for. You are absolutely incompetent amateurs. Send us back at least our money!
Une belle arnaque sur ce site, prenez directement vos billets sur le site officiel ca sera beaucoup moins chere...
Lousy service. a total disaster.
It was not clear what was included in the ticket
I should have been given a flyer, either physical or online, with the circuit or circuits available and how to do them. When I entered, I felt lost and didn't know where to start. And I was immediately approached about horse and camel schemes which, in my opinion, given that we pay for a ticket, like any museum, there should be no other forms of competition or sale outside the internal system.
The experience in itself was truly evocative and exciting. However, we had some difficulty in finding the entry point-more because of an organization of the place.
Easy reservation and voucher received immediately. No problem getting in, either to the altioian or the king's tomb.
I bought the tickets on the day but noone told me that it may take up to 2 hours to receive e them after payment. In my case it took about 45-60 min. Some of the camel guys were really pesturing us even if repeatedly told them that we don't want their service which did not allow us to focus on the grandeur of the pyramids. The waiter at the restaurant got the conversion from egypt pounds to dollars wrong / but did not try to cheat as the initial estimate was not in his favour, it was just annoying to be stopped while leaving the restaurant and be told that the bill I just paid was wrong/. Also the entrance to the Menkaura's pyramid was not included in the ticket.
View, pyramids was great. People with camel, horses, they were scary, they were harassing, pestering, the state should take care of them because they make it almost impossible to visit
The extend of the whole complex was astonishing and the view of the pyramids great. See the inside of the pyramid was interessting.
Passed through the counters in waiting.
No waiting time, totally uncomplicated

The experience was very pleasant; we did all the stops described in the tour. The only not too positive note was the guide who was uncommunicative and without too much desire to answer the questions asked. Also was asked several times if we felt like going inside to visit the pyramid of Cheops but there was no way we could do it. Driver punctual and safe, lunch very good.
Amazing! Saber is a great guy and very nice, we got along very well with him and he was very helpful, definitely a person I would hang out with again when I go to Egypt.
It was great especially Rania, explained in details the history and very friendly.
It was a private tour which was so cool. Just my boyfriend and myself. We had a private car and our tour guide Basaat was the BEST! Very friendly, very knowledgeable, very efficient! Also, she was so sweet and took the cutest pics of us. 10 out of 10, highly recommend!!
I was picked up from my hotel in the morning by Ahmed and a driver. Ahmed speaks very good German and was able to tell me all about the pyramids. In addition to visiting the pyramids, we also had a delicious meal in a papyros store, a perfumery and a hotel (Valley of the Kings). I can highly recommend this tour. I enjoyed it very much. Everything was perfect, everyone was very hospitable and courteous.
Was a very good tour. Especially Ahmed with all of his knowledge made the tour great! Would highly recommend Ahmed as your tour guide!
Ahmed was an excellent guide, very knowledgeable and patient with explaining every thing. He was also helpful by letting us know what to avoid and how to deal with the being approached by hawkers and vendors.
Getting inside the pyramid of Dahshur
In short, it's not worth the money! What bothered me the most is that they take you to papyrus and perfume stores to buy overpriced junk, there was nothing in the description! Even when you pointed out that you didn't want to visit any stores, this was ignored. The tour was much shorter than stated and more than 1 hour of it was spent in overpriced tourist traps. You feel forced to buy something there because otherwise you won't get out. Just annoying, they think tourists are all idiots! 50euros for a papyrus yes that's clear! I really had to laugh but not because it was funny.
The day was great. We saw lots of pyramids and our guide Reda, was super nice, he explained the history of the pyramids very well and repeated the information often enough so that we remembered the essential information. I highly recommend Reda, he was great. His driver, Ahmad, drove very well, he was careful and waited for us at the place of interest and on time every time. Nothing to complain about, the day was great and the best during our stay in Giza.
It was one of the best day of my life! Pyramids were for so long on my bucket list and we finnaly got here! Our tour guide Ibrahim was fantastic, his passion about pyramids unquestionable. We have learnt a lot. Thank you add thank you! Adrienn & Tamas
We had a fantastic tour and Ahmed, our guide is an archeologist, made our tour even better, prepared and a shield for the scammers. Rember that of you want to go into the Pyramids you must buy a separate ticket, even with headout option "all inclusive" who cover only the general entrances.
The buffet lunch was plentiful, well prepared and tasty. The waiting staff were attentive and efficient in bringing more drinks etc. Lunch included a bottle of water for each of us, if you wanted anything other than water then this has to be paid for. I had two sweet Turkish coffees and they very good.
Everything went very well with our guide Reda and driver Ahmed. They were very professional and the explanations were clear. Reda took the time to explain the historical aspects and he went at our pace. I'd definitely recommend him.
This experience was amazing, the tour is only good as the guide himself. You 100% must ask for Ahmed. Ahmed is a trained Archaeologist and Egyptologist with a vast knowledge of Egyptian history, artifacts, architecture, and culture. He is a walking encyclopedia and is able to answer any question you have. He knew details that only a trained specialist like himself can offer. His range of knowledge stretched from old, middle, new kingdoms, each intermediate period, Greco-Roman period, Arab and Turkish influences, British occupation, and into modern day. Beyond that, he personalized the experience. After seeing Giza plateau and Saqqara pyramid sites, he offered us a choice to either see a third pyramid site, or go to a historical site in Memphis to see an enormous statue of Ramses II. He tailored to our wants and was able to show us more of the things we wanted to see. Finally, he is a great offerer of advice. When we told him where we were going on the remainder of our trip, he gave practical advice for any foreigner who visits Egypt. If you choose this tour, you must ask for Ahmed.
Absolutely fantastic day, Ibrahim was a brilliant guide who made the day, he is very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Thank you also to the driver we had!!! The best day of the holiday do far.

Enjoyed the ATV and camel rides. The guide filled us in. They managed to accept our last minute additional trip to Saqaara temples and took us to the airport. Awesome!
I had a great experience thanks to my tour guide, Ramy. He showed up early to pick me up, taught me a bit of Arabic, and was very friendly throughout the entire ATV and camel ride. Thanks Ramy!
